The See Beyond Foundation, headquartered at Juliana Ursyna Niemcewicza 18/22, 50-238 Wrocław, Poland, registered in the National Court Register (KRS) under number 0001050573, NIP: 8982296258, REGON: 526017358 (hereinafter: “the Foundation”), as the controller of personal data, makes every effort to ensure your data is secure and processed in accordance with the applicable law, especially the GDPR (Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council).
 

1. What data do we process?

When you use our website or contact us, we may process the following types of data:

a) Data voluntarily provided via the contact form:

• First name (required)

• Last name (optional)

4. Do we share your data with third parties?

Yes – but only with entities supporting us in achieving the purposes described above, such as:

• Wix.com Ltd. – website platform provider (may process technical data like IP address),

• GoDaddy Inc. – hosting provider,

• Google LLC – operator of Google Analytics (processes technical data for traffic analysis),

• UserWay Inc. (USA) – provider of the accessibility widget (may process technical data like IP address to remember user preferences).

The Foundation does not share personal data (such as names, email addresses) with these entities unless strictly necessary and compliant with legal requirements.
 

5. Data transfers outside the EEA

We do not intentionally transfer your personal data outside the European Economic Area (EEA), except where technical data (e.g. IP address) is processed by providers such as Google LLC or UserWay Inc. on servers located outside the EEA. In such cases, processing is based on Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.
