The Foundation does not share personal data (such as names, email addresses) with these entities unless strictly necessary and compliant with legal requirements.

We do not intentionally transfer your personal data outside the European Economic Area (EEA), except where technical data (e.g. IP address) is processed by providers such as Google LLC or UserWay Inc. on servers located outside the EEA. In such cases, processing is based on Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.
